Status tab — the work surface

The collaboration surface as a new section at the bottom of the Status tab's main column, under “In the dev app”. No new tab. Everything above it is the page as it already is (per status-tab-cleanup.html), shown only for context and greyed to what it does today. The new part is outlined in brass — that's what to react to. Fake data; buttons demonstrate the flow.

Not everything we decide has a screen. A plan is a version like any other — same entry, same comments, same approve.

What changes

  1. The classifier makes a public/private call on every company it extracts, with a confidence score.
  2. Public companies get a ticker and route to a separate shelf — they're context, not deal flow.
  3. Below a confidence threshold the row lands in the existing review queue rather than guessing.

Why it matters

A report naming Microsoft forty times shouldn't read as forty signals. Terminal's literature feed already solved this — reuse that filter rather than write a second one.
