In flight
Where things run · one-page diagram (Shawn, 2026-08-09) — the current-state map of what the fleet depends on to stay alive: rooms always on in cloud hosting, all background workers on one server (
slwdev), and no automated job tied to a person's login. Came out of finding that two of Quill's runners were running on Shawn's own Claude session; fixed in slw-workspace-hub#84, and the rule is logged in DECISIONS.md. Open item there: moving the runners into their apps' own hosting would remove the last machine dependency — not scoped.SLW Data Engine — spine build (green-lit 2026-08-07) — Webster + Dewey unified as one product concept (substrate · registry · spine, services separate) and the spine build approved as Phase 1 of the Future AI plan. At stop point 1: the spine schema design is written and waiting on Shawn. One question gates the migrations — Ford's classifier emits free-text sectors; alias what matches and hold the rest as vocabulary proposals (recommended), or auto-create tags from model output? No migration has been applied.
Future AI — information design (Shawn, 2026-08-04) — the four-layer map (tools → data → visualization → Ask) as an 8-slide deck + PDF on the presentations shelf. The living plan is now architecture/future-ai-plan.md (updated 2026-08-07: Ford spine v1 + newsletter ingestion shipped; the nine gaps otherwise unchanged). Next call: green-light Phase 1, the shared spine (fleet mention store + typed tags + registry create/relationships).
Intelligence flow — the cross-app intelligence architecture (Ford · Terminal · Podcast · Webster · DealFlow/LP Flow) is mapped and verified. Open item: the Webster review queue (1,413 pending links) is Shawn's triage.
Propose and decide (Michael) — the front half of the review loop: propose a design, discuss, decide, then hand off to the lane that already works. Review & publish covers the back half already. Blocked on one call: does the surface live here or on the portal app hub.
Ford classification and handoff (Michael) — the gaps from the 8/4 call that the shipped pipelines don't cover. Ford wires to the live Data Engine spine instead of growing rival tables: M1 (
registry_id+ resolve backfill) shipped 2026-08-12 (slw-idea-atlas #85). Next: M2 (Ford as spine writer), M3 (listing_status) — neither scoped yet.UNDOCUMENTED: dev-portal — "Tempo" (team scheduling & meetings app) brought into incubating lifecycle 2026-08-12, repo
rivent-dev/slw-tempoholds the executable brief. No architecture doc covers this app yet.UNDOCUMENTED: dev-portal — "Graham" (diligence app — the "Lynch · Graham · Dewey" personas trailed in the platform deck) onboarded 2026-08-11: repo
rivent-dev/slw-graham+ a Supabase DB provisioned, dev environment ready. Not yet in fleet-map's rooms table.UNDOCUMENTED: slw-workspace-hub (Quill) ↔ slw-idea-atlas (Ford) — Quill's theme workroom went cross-app over 2026-08-12 in three shipped phases (workspace-hub #87, #93, #94, #96, #97): it now runs scheduled research pulling all four fleet sources (Dow/Terminal news, Library, Podcast Intel live via
quill-intel-bot, and Ford's new read-only/api/bridge/firm-intel+/api/bridge/firmsdoors), plus a/firmspage in Quill mirroring Ford's firm data with ashow_in_quillflag and a "queue research" write-back. fleet-map.md's rooms table and diagram are updated to the current state (nightly sweep, 2026-08-13), but no initiative brief exists here for the design — why Quill needed all four sources, how the firm mirror/flag model should evolve, whether other apps get the same bridge pattern.
Recently landed
- 2026-08-12 — DealFlow's personal-Outlook inbox shipped complete (all four stages, dealflow-app #120–#131), mirroring LP Flow's per-user Outlook pattern: reply/forward/attachments/compose, people & company capture from your own mail, filing, keyboard nav. fleet-map.md's DealFlow row updated (nightly sweep, 2026-08-13). Previously flagged UNDOCUMENTED here; now resolved.
- 2026-08-12 — Quill's theme workroom goes cross-app (see UNDOCUMENTED above for the open design gap).
- 2026-08-12 — Ford gains an email ask door: fordask@ and askford@ run research asks and reply in-thread, with a "- plan" hold-for-approval mode (slw-ford #2, #3, #4, #5). architecture/fleet-map.md's Ford doors updated.
- 2026-08-12 — Ford classification M1 shipped:
registry_idresolves Ford's companies against the Data Engine spine (slw-idea-atlas #85, merged). initiatives/ford-classification/STATUS.md updated. - 2026-08-07 — Future AI plan refreshed against what shipped since the 8/4
audit: architecture/future-ai-plan.md.

- 2026-08-04 — Intelligence-flow diagram shipped to the portal's presentations shelf (dev-portal PR #149).
Next
- Shawn to work the decision queue in architecture/future-ai-plan.md — six calls, first among them the Phase 1 spine green-light; it gates everything downstream.
- Michael is building from here — the asks are permissions and decisions, not work handed back.
