Decisions

Fleet-wide structural decisions, one dated line each, newest first. Initiative-local decisions live in the initiative's own folder.

• 2026-08-04 — Presentations and mockups live in System Design (moved off the portal, reversing the 8/4 keep-on-portal call in dev-portal #144); rivent.dev/presentations now redirects here. "POST" in a Claude session = commit + push + live URL, no ceremony.
• 2026-08-04 — System Design is the shared architecture workbench: docs-only repo, no merge gates, both owners push to main; builds launch from here but ship through each app repo's normal PR flow.
• 2026-08-04 — The repo is the shared memory: NOW.md + per-initiative STATUS.md are the handoff between Shawn's and Michael's sessions; Claude sessions must read on start, update on stop (see CLAUDE.md).
• 2026-08-04 — design.rivent.dev renders this repo on every push to main, behind the same Cloudflare Access sign-in as the rest of rivent.dev.
